How to protect the injection mold?

In order to improve the production quality and dimensional qualification rate of the mold, the injection mold needs special care during processing and storage, as well as during production. When the mold is closed for the next cycle, the plastic parts trapped in the mold will be damaged and such damage may further jeopardize the use of the mold. Therefore, measures are generally taken to ensure that the plastic parts are fully demolded and the mold parts are reset before the mold is allowed to close. For single-cavity molds, it is sufficient to use a photocell to detect whether the injection molding plastic parts fall. For multi-cavity molds, this method cannot be used. In this case, the following methods are adopted: the first template reset device, the multi-pulse demolding device (pulse demolder), the electromechanical mold protection device, the air discharge device, and the ejector plate reset safety device.
