What are the types of injection molds according to their structure?
The injection mold is an indispensable and important part of the polymer in the injection molding process. The basic structure of the injection die is composed of two parts: a movable die and a fixed die. The movable die is installed on the movable template of the injection machine, and the fixed die is installed on the fixed template of the injection machine. During injection, the movable mold and the fixed mold are closed to form a cavity and a casting system. When the mold is opened, the movable mold and the fixed mold are separated, and the plastic parts are pushed out through the demoulding structure.
The injection mold is generally composed of eight functional structures:
(1) Molded parts
(2) Clamping guide organization
(3) Pouring system
(4) Eject the demolding organization
(5) Lateral typing and lateral core-pulling organization
(6) Exhaust structure
(7) Temperature conditioning system
(8) Supporting parts
