2. Pouring system parts mainly include positioning ring, gate sleeve and other parts. The main function is to fill the molten plastic in the barrel of injection molding machine into the injection mold cavity and play the role of injection pressure transfer;

3. Demoulding system parts. Injection mold demoulding mechanism plays a role in pushing out the molded products, its parts include: top bar, top bar pad, top bar fixed plate and other parts. These parts, when used, should be easy to take out the plastic parts, do not allow any deformation, breakage and scratching of the plastic parts.It requires flexible and reliable mechanism, and easy to replace and maintain.

4. Cooling and heating mechanism include the cold water nozzle, water pipe channel, heating plate, etc.. The main purpose is to ensure the quality of plastic parts by regulating the role of injection mold temperature.

5. Structure parts of the mold structure parts.The main fixed forming parts, so that they form an integral part of the parts. Mainly including fixed die fixing plate, moving die fixing plate, cushion plate and fixed die sleeve, moving die sleeve, etc.

6. Guide parts mainly include guide pillar, guide sleeve, and they mainly play a role in positioning and moving die guide.

7. Fastening parts fastening parts mainly include screws, pins and other standards, its role is to connect, fasten the parts, so that it becomes the injection mold as a whole.
