3: The structure of the mold. The structure of fine mold is different from the structure of common mold. The main consideration is the impact of the mold action on the product.
4: Rigidity and strength of the mold. Personal experience that the rigidity of the mold is very important, I often see some mold embryo and internal mold material , I can only say that maybe his mold can be produced, but the problem of some products is that the strength of the mold has a very close relationship, sometimes it is difficult to find.
5: The glue inlet and cross glue channel are important factors to control the products. The fine mold has certain requirements on the way of the product into the glue, the glue point to do beautiful point, and the product will have unimaginable effect.
6: Mold temperature adjustment circuit, the mold to control in the uniform temperature. It is necessary to set the temperature difference in the direction of resin flow, and to have countermeasures for the change of flesh thickness. The temperature of the mold surface of the product should be uniform at the moment when the finished product leaves the mold. This requires a reasonable cooling system for the mold.
7:The precision of the fine mold is very high, and the processing method of the mold is very important. According to the shape of the molded products to divide the product part of the mold cavity, slow walking wire is very common. So the design should consider the processing method.
8: In the mold structure to be reasonable, to facilitate the additional of other programs. For example, a position may not be ideal, if the test mold is really not ideal, we should take the back-up program.
